It is Monday, and I have uncovered musical gold. Watch the video, or simply put it in your headphones and let the music wash over you. I've been listening to this music for the past week while I program, and while I play games. It is fantastic! Enjoy.

Make sure to submit your runs for the weigh-in on Wednesday!
Edit: Stupid video won't embed, enjoy by clicking the link!
I know I have been ragging on you about your literal obsession with this album . . . but I just don’t think I could run to this, if that is what you are proposing in this post. I know it’s all subjective anyway, depending on what helps each of us zone out, push through, etc. And I can see programming to this, or, in my case, editing a long index. But running? Give me something that puts a spring in my step and makes me feel totally bad ass as I run past the power-walkers. Like “Remember the Name” by Fort Minor. I can listen to it on repeat for an entire 5k (and I have actually done this).
Like I said, no offense to Yo Yo Ma—I love classical and orchestral music, too—but I would just keep this as background music at work, not running.
P.S. Whenever someone says “no offense,” why is it that what follows is always offensive?
I can understand your argument, but for me I think its about being transported beyond the actual music and into the feelings of the songs. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve run for years on Fort Minor and other stuff. To be honest lately I’ve even been running to sports radio, talk about a snooze fest. It just helps me un-focus my thoughts and get to a different place.
