Have you ever had one of those days where your brain just isn't excited to be awake? When despite your best intentions of getting stuff done, things just aren't falling into place properly?
Today is one of those days.
I've read many publications, research articles, and other texts that clearly indicate the psychological and mental benefits of exercise. Keeping to a regular schedule helps keep stress down, the body feeling good and your thoughts clear. I am amazed at how true this all really is.
