Hello! For those keeping score, and wondering what the verdict was for my eight-week weight loss goal . . . I came up short 🙁


Though I didn't hit my goal, I did drop from a consistent weight of around 200 lbs to ~190 lbs. That is definitely progress. I am going to make another concerted effort to get down further in the new few weeks to come. I think my target weight is going to be ~182-184 moving forward, so wish me luck on getting back to target!
