As many of you have probably seen, my trainer raised the ante on Wednesday by making me write my weight on the wall. He then proceeded to tag me in a facebook post asking my friends and families to throw me under the bus any time they see me eating pizza, beer, and any other unhealthy things. Apparently this was a successful strategy already, because upon arriving to the bar after hockey last night, I was reminded that beer was off limits by a teammate.

It reminded me how powerful a community of people could be, because I legitimately feel like my friends would be happy to notify Carley everytime I stray from the plan. It would be in my best interest afterall, and they would be amused when my legs are crushed by a harsh leg day.

I guess now that it is facebook official, I really have to act right. The goal is to be down to 195 by the end of the month, and I think I can do it. Two pounds a week, especially when I certainly have some to spare will fall off relatively easily at first, and this jump start should provide the spark I need to get back to sub 190 sooner than later.

I guess this is where I say, if I ask for beer during the super bowl, don't give me any, I'm not allowed to drink it!
