As the title of this post is odd, I wanted to clarify. We literally gave up 50 goals in pond hockey last night. Woof. It is a 4 on 4 format, no goalies with short nets. Typically games are about 20 to 30 goals or so . . . so we got beat bad.

Anyway, Welcome to this weeks edition of the weigh-in post! If you are new here, each week we log all of our workouts, and for those brave souls who want to be publicly shamed, our weight. Then I graph it for the world to see! Let's dive right in.

Not too bad! Another week in the books! Adrienne did well, Mom is still trying to get things going, and I had a modest loss of a pound. Admittedly, I am extremely excited by that pound, as with the cabin weekend full of good food and drink, I thought I was toast. I did buckle down since getting back, and aided by a couple hours of shoveling, hockey, and Zwifting, I was able to salvage the week. I think this is actually a really valuable lesson though. Some times life happens, be it a weekend away at a cabin, or traveling for work or whatever. For me, the key is to roll with the punches and get right back on track as soon as I can. This week I was able to do it, and for that I am proud of myself.

Anti-Fat Points

As always, all of our workouts generate anti-fat points. The longer you workout, the more you workout, and the harder you work out, the more points you are awarded. As a reminder, the goal is 100 AFP a week, for a monthly total of 400.

Welcome back Jeff into the mix! Very excited to see you getting back in on the game. Also Susie crushed it this week. I have a sneaking suspicion Ellie didn't submit all of her workouts, so her point total might adjust upwards as well.
